SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped using DHL freight from our local print supplier located in Hörnefors, Sweden to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout; however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping costs. When ordering from outside of the EU, taxes are always applied. Taxes and duties are applied by local tax authorities and differ from country to country and will be based on the value of the order and the type and size of the product. The responsibility is the recipient’s and it will not be accepted as a reason for refusing the package. All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email from DHL when your order is being processed.

Delivery Times

We dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days. Shipping via DHL Economy: 2-4 business days - Tracking number included. Some countries, remote cities, or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city. Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays, etc. If your order is delayed, you can contact us at palcayaga.art@gmail.com.

If Not Being Able to Deliver

If DHL is not able to make the delivery, they will contact you either by phone or email to schedule a re-delivery.

Non-Delivery Due to Undeliverable Address

In cases where delivery fails due to customer-related issues—such as providing an incomplete address or failing to collect the parcel—we regret to inform you that the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
